Pearl Museum of Fine Arts Field Trip

Brownies field trip.  We took a tour of the Pearl Fine Arts Museum ( www.pearlmfa.org/ ) on Cypresswood Drive yesterday.  What an adventure.  We first toured the Quilt Exhibit with Ms. Emily Guerra.  The girls learned many of the techniques that are used in the art of quilting.  We also saw French paintings, furniture, glass, and other objets d’art. After the tour we worked on the art project that the girls brought home.

Our next meeting will be after school at Hassler on on Nov. 5th.

    Our next Brownie meeting is actually November 12, 2013. We will be traveling to Ms. Megan's house to do a project. The pick up time will be 5:30 pm. A reminder email will follow.
